Kindly be informed that MIPS is already made available for Silver Partners to proceed NEW DEL registration for ITKS (iTalk Hotline Server)- student package. Silver Partners are required to select new plan name (K-DEL (ITKS) + Streamyx) in MIPS-DEL in order for TM point processor to differentiate DEL registration between normal line & ITKS (iTalk Hotline Server) line.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
2.1 The Streamyx Student package enable customer to make local call, national call, mobile and international (IDD) call by using iTalk card. iTalk card is available in denomination of RM10, RM20, RM30 and RM50 at all TMpoint, TM appointed agents, petrol stations, ePay terminal (through softPIN at Guardian, 7eleven), Mobile Money and through online services (www.mobile88.com atau www.maybank2u.com.my )
2.2 Customers are only allowed to make calls but cannot receive incoming calls as a measure to curb the collect call issues
2.3 Customer of this package shall be given service number and normal telephone set (normal DEL) which is connected to iTalk server (1800 87 3535) through PSTN network.
Note: Other additional facilities such as TMCLip and call plans are not applicable with this Student package.
