Please be informed that HyppTV’s 1st paid Interactive application B-Smart TV has been available since 1st December 2011. It can be subscribe via EPG.
B-Smart TV is an educational content offerings which focus on Maths and Science subjects. The content will be mapped to the Malaysian school syllabus from primary to secondary schools and it covers major national exams, which are UPSR, PMR and SPM. However currently the contents offering ONLY cover for UPSR as contents for PMR and SPM will be added soon.
There are 2 available packages for B-Smart TV:
o RM20 for 3 months access
o RM30 for 6 months access
Please find the screenshot of Unifi bill that showed an example should anyone subscribes to our HyppTV’s 1st paid interactive B-Smart TV. The service will be shown as SOD (series on demand) on the bill. The amount will only be shown in the 1st month of the subscription date i.e. date of purchase (No proration if customer decide to terminate before the 3 or 6 months access which they have subscribed)

We are pleased to share important announcement pertaining to the Contract Management in iCP. Starting 21st October 2011 onwards, Admin Fee (also known as Penalty Fee) will be imposed to customer who terminate their Streamyx within contract period.
Therefore, with the implementation of Admin Fee, customer who terminate their subscription within contract period is either charged RM350 or RM600 based on their package subscription. However, Streamyx Admin Fee Waiver can be applied on a case to case basis.

1. Series On Demand – Series Hollywood
a. Per episode price = RM2 per episode. (Window viewing period is 30 days from the date of purchase)
b. Per season price = remains at RM48 per season title (Window viewing period is 30 days from the date of purchase
2. Series On Demand – Series Hollywood Premiere
a. Per episode price = RM3 per episode. (Window viewing period is 30 days from the date of purchase)
b. 1st episode of the 3 latest season CSI franchise (CSI Vegas – S12, CSI Miami-S10, CSI New York-S8) is free until 30th June 2012.
c. Per season price = changed from RM78 per season title to RM50 per season title. (Purchasing period is until 30th June 2012)
For other categories for VOD, the pricing structure remain as usual.

FYI, all existing customers of the channels will receive a letter to notify them all about this removal/ replacement to HD channels. We will start sending out the letter beginning today, 10/10/2011.

Existing customers for both channels will be replaced with SyFY HD & Universal HD respectively at the same price of RM6 for 3 months following customers billing cycle.
Migration and the complete removal of both channels will take a month. Within this period, removal for existing customer will be performed according to their billing cycle.

Both channels SyFy SD And Universal SD will be removed completely from IPTV platform.
Existing customers will not be able to watch this two channels.
1. Please take note that the existing subscribers (customer that subscribe to SyFy SD And Universal SD) will enjoy discount for their new HD channel for both, 3 month (starting November 2011 according to their billing cycle) .
2. This means, their bill will show the same price of RM6 even-though they started to enjoy HD channel priced at RM9.
3. After February 2012, (3 month discount duration is over) the price for both HD channel will start.
This is only applicable to existing SD channels subscribers only. For new subscriber, the price will automatically start at RM9 once they purchase.

- The UniFi service is a triple play service and an installation is only declared successful when all 3 services (Phone, High Speed Internet(HSI) & HyppTV) are activated.
- No partial activation where only 2 out of the 3 services are activated will be allowed. If a customer requests that only the Phone and HSI services be activated, our installers will not proceed with the installation. The order will be returned.
Please ensure that the above business rules are conveyed clearly to all potential customers at the point of sales.

We require your urgent attention. Please take note on the following reminders and communicate to your agents/sales persons in order to reduce the number of complaints from customers.
1. Termination of existing Streamyx and/or TM Homeline for UniFi customers
i. If customers wish to terminate existing Streamyx and/or TM Homeline, fill in request in SECTION 2 (MANDATORY) in the application form and processors must act accordingly when submitting the orders via the system.
ii. If the customers only decided to terminate Streamyx after UniFi is activated, they can call 1-300-88-1221 (Call Centre Support) or go to TMpoint.
iii. Note:
a. VDSL: Customer has to terminate the existing Streamyx service
b. FTTH: Customer has the option to maintain both Streamyx and TM Homeline
2. UniFi Billing Option
i. Frontliners MUST clearly specify the options to customers to ensure customers aware of their bills. Default bill (online) viewing is available at myUniFi portal.
i. Customer MUST tick preferred bill payment method either by e-mail or itemised paper bill (RM8).
ii. Fill in request in SECTION 5 in the application form and processors must act accordingly when submitting the orders via the system.
iii. Verify customer’s e-mail address if opt for bill via e-mail.
iv. Fill in the billing address if different than the Installation Address provided (there are differences of postal address and addresses in granite for many cases).
Apart of that, we also would like to remind:
1. Please utilise ONLY certified/trained agents for any sales activities, especially big events, KFA and high profile engagement (VIP, dealing with building mgmt etc.)
2. We have scheduled training sessions for you to serve the nature of the agents high turnover rate. Kindly send them in for us to train. IT’S FREE.
3. The agents you sent to us for certification/training are under your responsibility. Please do not just send them for the sake of sending.
4. Please update your database of agents whenever necessary, at least once per month. This is where you inform us if any of the agents are no longer selling, or you have new agents etc. Kindly share with us their sales focus location as well for our state consumer can manage their sales effort better.
